If you submit an inquiry, this website sends your name, email address, community name, optional phone number, and message to the EasyHOA team through its configured form service. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private homeowner records.
Free demo requests
The free demo page uses an EasyHOA form. Your name, email and phone number are sent to our sales team by email and to Pipedrive for follow-up. We temporarily save requests in our private delivery store so failures can be reviewed or retried. Successfully delivered requests are removed from that store, while a receipt without your form contents is retained for up to 90 days to prevent repeat delivery. Pending requests stay there until resolved. Short-lived keyed hashes of request IP addresses help limit abuse. Do not include passwords, payment information, or private homeowner records.
Website chat
This website also uses Pipedrive LeadBooster chat to answer questions and collect inquiries. Messages and contact information you choose to provide are sent to EasyHOA through Pipedrive. The chat widget loads directly from Pipedrive and may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain the conversation. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private homeowner records through chat.
Lead source information
The demo form sends your referring website, landing page, source and campaign tags to our sales team and Pipedrive with your inquiry. We remove query strings from stored page URLs. With analytics permission, a first-touch record is retained in this browser’s session storage for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; otherwise only information available on the current page is submitted. Choosing Essential only clears that stored record on the next page load or preference change. Some browsers and apps hide the referring site, so a source may appear as direct or unknown. These details are approximate and do not identify a search query or guarantee which channel caused a sale.
Optional advertising measurement
After you choose Allow optional cookies, we may load Microsoft Advertising UET, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, G2, Capterra, SoftwareSuggest/ClickMagick and the ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel to measure website activity and demo conversions. These services can receive technical browser information, page visits and advertising identifiers under their own policies. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses or phone numbers to these advertising tags, and do not enable enhanced matching. Essential only prevents new optional tags from loading. Existing visitors who previously allowed analytics are asked again before advertising measurement is enabled.
A short-lived session receipt without contact details links a successful demo submission to the confirmation page and helps avoid repeating explicit conversion events on refresh. Advertising and Analytics remain disabled on the review preview. Blocking tracking does not prevent sending a demo request or opening the demo.
Optional analytics
When configured, Google Analytics runs only after you allow analytics. We use it to understand page visits and actions such as demo link clicks. We do not intentionally send form contents or your email address to Analytics. Your preference is saved in this browser’s local storage.
Recent demo visitor count
When enabled and you allow analytics, our demo page uses a short-lived first-party cookie to count browsers visiting within the past 30 minutes. Counts are refreshed in a shared data store, and expired entries are removed. We store a keyed hash of the random cookie identifier rather than names or form details. A short-lived keyed hash of the request IP is used for rate limiting. The display counts consenting browsers, not verified people or HOA board members, and stays hidden when a reliable count is unavailable. The cookie expires after 30 minutes without an accepted refresh.
Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your preference. Choosing Essential only stops future Analytics events from this site. Previously transmitted information is not deleted by changing this preference.
Hosting and third-party services
The hosting provider processes requests to deliver this site and may keep operational logs. Fonts are hosted on this website. Google’s policies apply to its Analytics service. Links to the EasyHOA application, help center, and other sites lead to separate services.
